Ryan 7 Dealt with everything pretty well, not massively tested but one nervy moment in the 1st half following Pritchard's strike. Clean sheet.
Montoya 6.5 Decent, maybe a little nervy. Some good challenges.
Duffy 8.5 Won EVERYTHING in the air, maybe could have scored.
Dunk 8 Composed, strong in the tackle.
Bernardo 7 Good going forward, committed in defence. Like him a lot.
Knockaert 7.5 Classy assist, a few things didn't go for him but he kept going. Runs at defenders with good purpose, which is pleasing.
Bissouma 6 Relatively anonymous - wanted more from him, defensively better than usual but was not as influential as expected.
Stephens 8.5 MOTM, disciplined, intelligent positioning, great tackling defensively. On the ball calm and clever, moved possession with good purpose. Frequently received the ball under pressure and didn't panic, very impressive.
Propper: 7 Some nice work, good driving runs forward and won possession back a fair few times.
Ali J 7.5 Grew in confidence, looked really good at times. Showed good energy, and was surprised to see him subbed over AK. (Hughton's decision clearly paid off:rave:)
Murray 4 Re Leicester, not his day. Missed a presentable chance, looked tired and off the pace.

Subs:

Andone 10 Scored the winner. Ten. ...okay, and he held onto the ball very well, was an absolute nightmare to defend against. Should have won a pen.
Izquierdo 7 Made an impact, still more to come from him I feel.
Kayal 6.5 Did his job, helped shore up the midfield. Good pressing, good energy.

What’s it called? Cumbernauld
Bissouma is the only player in the middle who can run with the ball he occupies others freeing space I want to say he’ll be a club legend but doubt he’ll be with us long enough for that to come to pass

Better than the 6.5 from the op

Lovely to see good scores for Dale. Especially bearing in mind he’s been written off as crap. Can concentrate on his DM game in a true CM three.

Wholeheartedly agree. Today was Dale at his best, a highly capable player, and certainly not the useless dud that many insist he has always been.

Harsh on GM - was playing completely isolated in the first half obviously under team orders. If that's the managers tactics then surely he should have started with Andone and utilised his speed.

Fiveways
Ryan 6 -- his kicking and speed of thought with his distribution needs to improve
Montoya 6
Duffy 8
Dunk 7.5
Bernardo 6.5
Knockaert 6 -- cracking cross, but I thought he was pretty poor beyond that
Bissouma 7.5 -- great to see him start; he makes things happen
Stephens 8.5 MotM -- glad to see that I'm not the only one to notice just what he did; best game he's had in a long time
Propper 7.5 -- silky as ever
Jahanbakhsh 8 -- best game for us; that was some strike
Murray 5 -- too slow

Subs Andone 8 -- did what he needed to, and forced a(nother) stunning save from an opposition goalkeeper at the Amex
Izquierdo 7
Kayal 7

Phew

Propper... If Chris ever lets him off the leash you'll see a player can really run with the ball
