Albion now Doomed - official

Three games ago, it was abundantly clear to me that the Albion were capable, competent performers at this level who were going to upset more than a few big clubs and rise to grace the play off zone for much of the season. Another trip to the Millennium Stadium was a clear possibility.

I now realise, just three defeats later, that the Albion are in fact completely out of their depth, equipped as they are with a team consisting entirely of of midgets, donkeys and makeweights. It goes without saying that McGhee should resign immediately.

Of course, should we get a point or more at West Ham, a further flash of blinding insight may well reveal that automatic promotion is more or less guaranteed, and that McGhee now deserves a ten year contract and the freedom of the City.

But, if we slip up at Withdean against Burnley...

Who do intend to replace him then?

And even if someone was found to replace him, they would still have the same team

Well I for one don't accept we are doomed.

We all expected to be in the "mix", things will improve.

:lolol: Great post, I think that about sums it up. McGhee's the best manager we've ever had one minute, the next he's getting the blame for everything. Poor guy can't win. There's still a LONG way to go in this season, just look at Palace last year as an example.

Exactly my sentiments.. Palace were in a similar position to us this time last year, anythng is possible with a bit of belief and confidence.

I don't for one minute think we can do what Palace did last year, but lets get behind MM and the boys and see what happens.

I agree totally we need to get behind McGhee and the team. There have been times over the years when I have been in despair about the team going down, or in high excitement about the team going up. Supporting BHA is a roller coaster on which I will glady ride forever.

It didn't pass me by - all I am saying is the team needs our support more now than ever.

Have to admit, I was getting a bit worried... wondering if all those Big Macs and Starbucks frappuccinos had finally done for NSC's capacity for irony.

Mercifully, Gareth and Dave show we're not quite there... yet
