I think we can safely say we can speak from experience !
We are fortunate to have Palace fans in charge ( at the moment) and they wouldn't allow another situation to arise like before.
The irony is Brighton fans taking the moral high ground,accusing other teams of not adhering to FFP and living above their means.
Then their chairman ,who will cover shortfall incurred, and has just voted in favour of raising the level of debt still further !
I really hate agreeing with a Palace fan who is having a dig at my club, but this point I agree with 100%. How Barber and Bloom and the board,who has it happens won the vote against everything the club had been championing for the last three years, absolutely amazed me. We as fans have been preached the gospel of FFP as being the saviour of clubs like ours, bringing down the debt, bringing down players wages. Only to find out from Barber our debt is now £1 million a month and we are paying the highest salaries in our history. Hypocrisy at its worst in my mind. ,
