Oh well. Anyway...
An eye for an eye an' all that, but could have just shot him....they're not short of ammunition for that sort of thing over thereThe death penalty should be abolished, reading the details of this it was entirely predictable and excruciatingly obvious given what everyone knows about nitrogen inhalation that this would not be a pleasant death to witness or endure.
Perhaps, yes, but this doesn’t make capital punishment acceptable. Just take a look at the sheer number of miscarriages of justice discovered (or, should I say, “revealed”) after 20-30 years in prison or even on death row. Without the death penalty, he still would never have been released anyway. He lived another 30 years + after killing an innocent woman, he got the better deal.
No execution is pleasant it’s not meant to be , but that is what the Americans want ,The death penalty should be abolished, reading the details of this it was entirely predictable and excruciatingly obvious given what everyone knows about nitrogen inhalation that this would not be a pleasant death to witness or endure.
Nor has murder, but it happensThe death penalty has no place in a civilised society
So was the crimeThey basically suffocated him to death. Horrific.
But you could sit him down, blame it on his past then ask him nicely not to do it again.Nor has murder, but it happens
Yes,we all know that worksBut you could sit him down, blame it on his past then ask him nicely not to do it again.
No worse than any of the other methods they have to be honest.
That doesn't make it okay.So was the crime
That's the ridiculous irony of the death penalty in the US what with the endless appeals. He lived another 30 years + after killing an innocent woman, he got the better deal.
It's so well documented that I won't even bother with the overwhelming evidence that the death penalty is not a deterrent in any shape or form. I'm sure even you're capable of finding that on Google. But you could sit him down, blame it on his past then ask him nicely not to do it again.
