However without the coalition the Conservative Party would have found it very difficult to pass any of the policies that they wanted to implement. So really you should be thankful the Lib Dems decided to work with you.

Without the coalition the Conservatives would not have been able to form an effective government in the first place.

It's like putting a very gifted child and one who struggles academically together and ask them to complete a classroom project . But under the proviso the slower learner contributes at least 25% to the completed assignment.

Over all very fair and worthwhile, but for the purposes of effective implementation ?

There all as bad as each other and there is no difference between the 3 major parties anymore. Probably going to vote for UKIP or someone we have never heard of before. I know they have no chance of getting elected, however I think its time we gave someone else a chance, because lets be honest it cannot get any worse than it is now.

I don't believe I have ever knowingly supported the coalition.

To be fair old fruit there is quite a lot of things I would suggest you have not knowingly done.

For instance, surely you don't knowingly write the most appalling, error-strewn weekly football blogs? I assume that you would not knowingly put your name publicly to the ill-conceived, poorly-written bilge that you squirt out on a regular basis?

Just far enough away from LDC
yesterday saw the commencement of the long and painful death of the NHS. It could have been protected had the Lib Dems not been a bunch of snivelling lickspittles. I blame them the most because they SHOULD have known better.

They shout about Freedom of Information but turn a blind eye when the health secretary decides to ignore the regulator and let people see the risk register which would identify just how bad the legislation is.

I dont have anger towards the Tories. This is how they behave and is no shock to me that they have done this. Anybody who believed them saying 'the nhs is safe in our hands' or 'no top down reorganisation of the NHS' - well more fool them!

In years to come we will need to explain to our grandchildren what the NHS was. Whilst we are at it, I hope I'm also explaining what a Lib Dem was as they too will have been consigned to history.
