There's not many decent managers available either.Sounds like the Pardew rumour might be true or they could go after Phil Brown or Curbs.

Surely it's only a matter of time before they put in a bid for Ronaldo. The fat, old one, obviously.

And then they'll put Rhonaldo on his shirt.

Abort, retry, fail
I always liked Davids and I can reaffirm my admiration for him now that he has departed South London.

Apparently they now only have one chap who is a recognisable ball winner in midfield, a chap called Marrow.

The new board are going to have to invest in the team soon, but can they afford to do so?

Someone bounce that thread with the idiot Palace fan going on about what a good signing it was, how we'd made no exciting signings etc.

According to SKY Sports, Davids said: "I want to thank all the people who supported me and gave me one of the greatest experiences of my life."

He probably realised that he had hit rock bottom and now the only way is up.

Offered another job, whilst it's only flippin' burgers at least he can restore his self respect!

Oh I do hope they go for Pardew. He has the character and personality of the kind of chap I want to see leading Crystal Palace. And as a bonus he appears to hate us with a passion.

I don't think he actually hates us. He just can't ever seem to figure out a way to beat us.

Oh OK. He hates us :clap2:

I don't hate him, by the way. I think he's hilarious

But at least Wilfried Zaha has put pen to paper on a new 4 and a half year deal with Crippled Alice. The prolific striker has bagged an impressive 1 goal in 14 appearances for the super soar-away Eagles...that equates to nearly 4 goals per season.

Loving their pain...

It didn't take him long to realise that by staying at Palace long term he would end up as a League 2 player.
