So, Equatorial Guinea get a fine of $100,00 (£65K), for a riot during a semi-final

Meanwhile, Morocco are fined $1,000,000 and banned from the next 2 tournaments for pulling out of hosting it due to concerns over ebola.

Whilst admittedly I do not know the full story of Morocco pulling out, the 2 punishments seem a bit disparate to me
