Murray should have started,Barnes was poor.A few Albion players were off their game today,Sparrow was very poor and Dicker made such a difference when he came on.Thought Calderon was poor as well.Noone showed some great skill.AFCB were the better team but Ankergren hardly made a save.
Roll on Tuesday for a very big game now.

Sparrow does seem very COLD and occasionally hot this season...

I don't think I've seen Sparrow play well in a 4-4-2 yet. In a three man midfield he does better, more license to push into the box, more people to do the good passing. That's my THEORY.

Back home and on reflection a disappointing result that was ultimately settled with a very good finish from them. Thought we looked very comfortable 1st half.
They came out and had a real go 2nd half and got their goal. Only then did we go for it and when Murray came on we looked a different team and likely to score.
In fact, had his goal stood I'm sure we would of gone on to win it.
One of our poorer performances and I'm sure Gus had his reasons for Murray starting on the bench but I can't help feeling it cost us the game.
At least other results were pretty good

That offside goal must have been close,it seemed a late flag.

I was pretty much in line with the 'goal'. He was level. Lino only put his flag up when Murray won the header!!
Aside from that we had some other good chances and could/should of got something from the game.

As long as we don't lose on Tuesday we are still ok. There are no must win games yet IMO

A win Tuesday and things will be very much back on track and we can enjoy next Saturday.

However, draw wouldn't be the end of the world. Colchester seem pretty stubborn and don't concede many. Would gladly take a very scrappy 1-0 win!!

So that's 3 points we've lost out on vs Bournemouth through poor officials! Joke.

Bad day at the office- but you must give credit to Bmuff, I thought they were one of the better teams we've played this season. Not the end of the world- and great that we have the opportunity to put things right on Tuesday. But it certainly isnt a must win game- we're only halfway through the season for fucks sake.

got to hand it to Bournemouth were defintely 1 of the better sides wev played this season, there goal was quality, the lad on the left caused Calderon all sorts of problems. Dont understand why Murruy didnt start hes been on fire the last 4 games doesnt make any sense to me , o well. Think Kish, Dicker and Murruy should all start on Tues night massive game

It's all ifs and buts, but I'm confident if Murray started we'd have won.

2 players were a a yard offside when the ball came over for the header and the lino flagged before Murray headed it so not even a remote possibility of it standing
