With the exception of Andone who can actually play football the others are championship level at best. You can add AJ, Webster, and Montoya to that list too. Just far too many bang average players with no cojones and this is the result. I think it's time for some serious change in the recruitment department.

Webster, Greyhound and of course AJ. Lets be honest here also and that Montoya is very average, Often gets caught out of position but thats due to the way we play and he creates buggar all going forward.
