In fairness I don't think we did drop deep after scoring. It looked like we were trying to press to get a 2nd but a defensive lapse let them back in.

We didn't sit back we looked for the 2nd but have been undone by a bit of quality and switching off our end

Probably seems a bit odd talking about a lack of attacking threat when we've just let in two goals.

But I can't help thinking all Premier League teams will push up against us, safe in the knowledge we don't have that a type of striker who can really hurt them, It places an awful lot of extra pressure on our midfield and defence.

Pace up front, or a lack of it, was a topic much debated for four and half months on NSC by us mere laymen. The fear was that if we lacked that, opponents could do exactly that, comfort in the knowledge that the Albion can't hurt them. At the same time giving great encouragement to their attacking threats.
