Adam El-Abd played 45 mins yesterday against rivals Tunisia. Another solid performance from Adam and he was yellow-carded near the end for a foul.

From what I've seen in the 135mins he's played with the team, he's adapted very quickly and definitely good enough for the international stage. Feel he adds more bite at the back over our other CBs, but needs more time to gel into our style of play (quick short-passing/South American-esque).

Will take some time for him to get in the starting XI, but wouldn't be surprised if he eventually starts partnering Hegazy (Fiorentina-based) in the line-up!
