Yes I did click on the link, but it says that the item has been removed, and didn't say anything more about what it had been!

Ebay has responded fairly quickly to the complaints made and removed the item altogether. The description of the 'item' was degrading and insulting. Just think what other fans could have made of it -

OK, in tenuous defence of the village idiot.... I strongly suspect that he thought back to the Guy Butters episode and thought it would be funny to do the same to El Abd. We all know that the synapses in the brain of the Battle One do not always work on the same frequency as the rest of us (but nowhere near the same frequency as Meade's Ball!), and I suspect he feels at least, oh, 90% prat at the moment. Potentially, it could appear amusing, but in reality we know that this would do nothing to sort the situation out, and would in fact only make El Abd question what he is doing here - I suspect that he regrets his actions yesterday, allowing heart to rule head, and knows that he made a mistake in allowing himself to rise to the bait.

Adrie won't come back on here yet and post because he knows that he will just get slaughtered by everyone else. I suggest we ignore him, let him come back when he has built up enough nerve, and let him try to explain why he did what he did.
