Before anybody jumps down my throat about being an alarmist etc I am just asking a simple question.

Is our financial position so sever that administration and the loss of 10 points thus relegating us a possibility?

This obviously short of getting a NO from JP is the biggest fear we could face.

Or is this just as suggested a financial blip that we can overcome with help from the supporters?

I see your point, but it would be the Administrators job to sell off the clubs best assetts to alleviate the debt, so it would be almost probable relegation plus our best players would be sold so financially, we'd lose out big time as we'd be a struggling League 1 team with low attendances.......probably!!!

Administration would be the worst case and under the new rules we would have 10 points deducted.

Our problem is that we probably planned on a Falmer "yes" by now and thought that by setting up a stadium company this would get grants / loans etc and would pay back the 2.5m spent on the Falmer application to the football club

Thus we are 2m short of where we expected to be

My guess ( and only a guess ) is that all the play off cash and season ticket money has cleared our overdraft and put us a bit positive; thus without help now we will have an unsustainable overdraft by the end of the season and even if park and ride etc sorted will not be able to afford to put in the extra 2,000 seats
