Couldn't give a monkeys.

Get someone in - I don't think we'll do worse, might have chance of a play-off push
Keep Adams - we'll finish 16th, have a shit season, but next year could be 'the' year......until we get into this situation again and he goes. :D

To be honest ive got to the point were I think its beyond Adams control, once they cross them white lines there is nothing he can do, he cant make them play well. Yes, some of his tactics are suspect but if we got a new manager in I personally don't think we'd be doing any different to what we are now.

Abort, retry, fail
Whilst I think he is doing a god-awful job at the moment, I am still in. I have had enough of sacking managers and re-building/adding to the squad. It would be stupid to sack him now. We do not look like a relegation cert. Perhaps we do need some more experience in the back room. Do we have a first team coach yet? New ideas?

We certainly have the core (as we did under Wilkins) of a decent team and need to stop dropping our heads when we concede.

I think we need to convert a few loan players to longer term loans or permanent moves.

Adams has to be given a few bob to spend in the transfer window. It's vital now that we push on in the league and we've got the capacity to do that now we're out of the FA Cup.

If little is given to him during the transfer window then serious questions will have to be asked as to whether this board are serious about mounting a play off push.

The club should also start by offloading players that clearly are not good enough starting with Thomson. I'm not one for a witch hunt, but the lad clearly hasn't got what it takes to perform in the English game. Also, whilst I like him, if Loft isn't going to get a game then let him go, along with Dixon.

Also, like he did with Jamie Campbell, David Cameron & Darren Carr during his first stint, Adams must accept that the players he's bought in so far have also not been good enough.

Mcleod is a waste of time because he's always injured. Hawkins is too inconsistent and whilst Livermore is now starting to produce the goods, he's no better than Dean Hammond who, despite what anyone says, we've not replaced.

I DO think that Adams is the right man for the job but so far his signings have not been good enough...

I would prefer him gone but accept that he is going nowhere. I really wish we had employed a manager who would entertain us more. It must be fun being a Hartlepool fan at the moment they seem to play the game as it should be played, score more than they concede. I fully expected to lose tonight as Hartlepool have a manager who can change things around during the game and is light years ahead of Adams both tactically and motivationally. Real shame we haven't bothered to try for him since he was at Bristol City.
