Assuming the laughing took place...

I do think we should not get carried away with criticising him for laughing.

People laugh for many reasons: a dark sense of humour, a distraction (someone may have told him a joke that made him forget about the performance/result etc), sometime people laugh out of despair, some people are eternally optimistic and laugh to keep their own spirits up.

Given that there is so much more, so many other legitimate reasons to criticise, lets get over this laughter thing asap. People shouldn't be fired for laughing inappropriately.

Such a stupid point. Why would Adams be laughing about our performence, he doesn't want this just as much as we don't.

Adams walked passed a photographer that was kneeling, behind the goal, he went to push him over shared a joke with him and laughed as he was leaving the pitch. Its was inappropriate and not a suitable action considering what had just taken place over the last 90mins. Yes he has to go, but due the footballing reasons and not for that.

It wasn't a keyboard warrior, it was someone on the phone in who claimed to have been at the game and was reporting first hand.

Of course, he might have been lying...

So what?! This laughing thing is why us Brighton fans are a sad bunch of muppets. Not really relevant is it. Does it really say Adams doesn't care? I don't think so. When I saw him he looked completely crestfallen.

And two weeks ago I laughed at my Aunts funeral, doesn't mean I wasn't sad that she had died though.

While I agree it is a little over the top, do you not think there's an argument that in such a serious situation, laughter is inappropriate?

Would you think it ok for someone in court on charges of murder to laugh and joke around in front of his victim's family?
