Adams and Wilkins

Isn't it a bit hypocritical (sp) that nearly everyone who wants Adams out has been saying that you should never go back, but who is the man they want to replace him...

ANOTHER ex manager!

And who said that Wilkins would want to come back? If I was Wilkins, Id never have anything to do with this club again!

Personally I don't say "never go back". However, if we were going to get DW back it should be asap, and as you say - that would depend on whether he would even consider it.

He was Brighton, he was growing with his team, and the football was decent. SOME ticket-holders were saying they wouldn't renew - so this what we are seeing now is dedicated to them.

errmm that's kinda the point of the thread?? People wanting Adams out and Wilkins in....
Who has said that?

I have seen people query whether it is right that Wilkins as replaced by Adams. That does not mean they are calling for Adams to go now, or that they would want Wilkins to replace him.
Also it is not necessarily "never go back" that makes people question Adams position so much as the dire performances.

The thing that gets me is Wilkins was building something and had the team playing good football albeit not every week but thats a young team for you. Since Adams came in he has brought in his own players and the football has not been as good and we seem to struggling. I don't understand why major changes were needed from last season a few extra bodies in the midfield and we would have been good

I've said before that its pointless getting rid of MA now, it'll only happen if DK starts getting stick from the majority rather than the minority.I think someone new (from outside the club) needs to come in on the coaching side and freshen things up.Booker & White have had their day and should pensioned off asap.

I think Wendy is feeling the same as we're at this present time, he is Albion through and through. So I doubt he would be having a brief smile on his face. I want MA to turn it around, I still have faith in him and I'm sure he will turn it round.

We've only lost 3 in 15.

Hereford have started the worst, but there is no saying they will actually turn out to be the worst team in the league.

The tactics are not a disgrace - only the decision to use Virgo upfront/in midfield is.

The football is not "shocking." Shocking would be losing every week with limp performances. You've clearly got no perspective if you think this is "SHOCKING."

You're right, we could certainly overtake them at some point:dunce:

If they had, had, a decent forward line today, they would have beaten us. Very worried about Peterborough's on Tues.

Thank god, a sensible poster!!

Yes we did finish 7th last season, but we were near the relegation zone at Christmas and had a good run. It's October and we're comparing the managers already.

Yes we were at christmas and thanks to Dick Knights interference
