i saw the injury on the tv and said to my mate that it was the ACL, he didn't beleive me.
lets hope he has a speedy rehab.
 


Awful news, get well soon Adam. Ironically, this may mean he'll end up being a Brighton player for longer, as he would likely have been transferred after next season. Now he'll have to start over again and prove his fitness and ability again with us.

Time for Adam El Abd to step up now.

That's very sad news. But the lad's young and tough and will bounce back stronger than ever.

Reckon a Player Of The Season award might be just the thing to keep his spirits up - & he's in just about everybody's top one or two or three in any case. Vote Young Hinsh!

It is a BIG loss for us. Get well soon Hinsh.

This Dolan however sounds useful. And the picture of him on the back of todays Argus makes him look like a solid bloke. Wouldn't be suprised if he's similar in style to Cullip - Strong, mouthy, fairly big bloke etc
