Doing the school run apparently (seriously) dropping kids off. Took the wing mirror off of one car en route - the owner of the car ran down the road to get 'its number' (it does have a reg plate - and L plates!)

Did it have a red flag flying from the back? If so it trundled down Church Road in Hove about 2.30 this afternoon heading west.
