How about if your job was on the checkout at a supermarket and you had a shoe box to keep the money in, a pencil, a rubber and a note pad whilst the other 20 checkouts had state of the art scanning tills, would you accept that because you served one person to everyone else's ten, that you were crap at your job and deserved to be sacked?

Do you have people regularly shouting abuse at you at work? If so, your employers might look more sympathetically at your reaction.

BTW, as I 've mentioned on previous threads I have seen Micky Adams and Steve Coppell do the same, no-one called for their heads.
