Let's say you were an illegal immigrant. You get caught IN the UK. They try to deport you.

However, you refuse to speak - the UK authorities therefore have no idea what country you are from. What would happen?

They would put you on the Council housing list in Crawley, Hailsham or Hampden Park and enquire whether your wife and kids wanted some of the same action.

If they knew which country you came in from, they'd send you there.

If not, you'd get a 4 bedroom house, £2000 a week in benefits (backdated a couple of years), free health treatment and a place on a terrorist course.
