Atmosphere, decor, people, music... at least what I can remember of it. The highlight was the 'mad dog'.

24 hour absolute dive. $2 rum and cokes, never a dull moment. Must be well into double figures the amount of times I was thrown out of there. Only 20 seconds walk from my old flat as well. Happy days:)

Is that the one opposite TVNZ?

I've drunk in there plenty of times but it wasn't called The Albion Hotel. Can't remember its old name though.

What the f*ck does all that mean??

Can somebody explain to an computer halfwit like me how to get a photo from "My Pictures" into this thread. Nice simple English please. [/B]

You need to upload your picture to the internet first.

Go to Imageshack, click 'browse' and find the picture in 'My Pictures'. Then click 'host it'.

It will then give you a choice of web addresses. When you're composing a message for NSC hit the 'IMG' button and copy and paste the address from imageshack, where it says 'direct link to image'.

Job done

cattle market !

that place was rebuilt from bits of an old place when they did a 'footballers wives' to the rest of the city centre shopping bit shoccking, sticks out like a sore thumb in every respect

I thought it was moved brick-by-brick after the IRA bombing a few years ago.

Either way, we drank in there a few years ago before a mid-week game at Rochdale.
Marvelous.

I like this place:

Favourite matchday watering-hole - and conclusive proof, if any be needed, that Krispies does INDEED have to feature in any random BHAFC photo. As does his loyal man-servant Dover :D

Good choice on Sinclairs Oyster Bar but the Duke of Wellington:nono: Eddy just up the road is much nicer.
