Took my 93 year old mother in law here for Sunday lunch today.
Lovely plateful of veg but the meat was very poor quality. Beef was supposed to be tender, medium rare- it was dark brown and tough!
Husband and his mother had the lamb which was also tough and disappointing.

I am very sorry to read your review. Our roasts,and food, are usually to a very high standard, as our other reviews on Trip Advisor testify. Unfortunately sometimes we can get it wrong! I hope that in the future you will give us another try and see how good our food really is.

Proper boozer, proper 12-2 Sunday lunchtime sessions, roast tatties on the bar, 5 pints of Stella follwed by an afternoon kip.

With respect to whoever it was who wrote that review, that's their opinion. We saw the food being delivered and it looked particularly special, so we'll be heading back to actually give it a nudge and report back.

As for Asenjo's sister, she was proud her brother used to be rated the best young goalkeeper in the world, but didn't know he no longer plays for Atletico. Interesting development!

When my ex-bird lived round the corner it used to be our favourite place to go for a roast. Meat was always nice and tender and you got sh1t loads of veg.

So, let's get this right.... You went on to trip advisor, and found the only negative review out of 23 left on their page to prove what exactly? All I was doing was highlighting what a nice afternoon myself and another member of our Albion community had, which you immediately try to discredit by posting literally the only bad review they appear to have. What a pathetic, joyless little man you are.
