Bullshit. Name one occasion the ref changed his mind after a manager had a go at them. One. Fine one.

We're talking about Potters ultra-passive post-match reaction with the media in interviews, not his reaction on the touchline at the time.

Try to keep up.

Potter, Dunk and Barber need to come and call out a weak official. Pay the fines and make the FA, future ref's and VAR panel realise that they need to improve and owe us one. Take it on the chin, it's a huge embarrassment for the FA to have this in their face.
Ref's make mistakes... always have, always will. It's not easy in a high pressure, fast environment. But the clown this afternoon shouldn't be doing this job at this level.

They get the rub because they are top 6 and the refs protect them. It is not because they are scary managers. If that was the case why hasn't Vinnie Jones won titles as manager?

You don't get it do you. Brighton are a very soft team and refs and other team managers know that

We do not get the rub of the green because of this. Right Roy Keane today or Big Sam etc would have put so much pressure on Mason he might have given the goal .

Can you imagine Micky Adams or Mark Mchee or Gus Poyet as our manager today and that happened !!!! Mason would of shit it and gave the goal. Potter is just too bloody nice

Lee Mason gave the goal. VAR overruled it [emoji2375]

Sorry again, but bullshit.
Ok, firstly he didn't give the goal and then changed his mind to give it. So did Potter scare him into that? Big Sam certainly didn't scare him into stopping changing his mind there did he? Then VAR overturned it so what are you muttering on about?

Bozza please hurry up and grant this man his request

PRETTY PLEASE

Yes but apparently this should be his fourth it fifth offense. Face it we would have a reputation for moaning when we don't get something. The tv interviews are mostly for show, get over them. The only people who give them attention are armchair fans and the press.

But we’re talking facts and it isn’t, it would be his first.....

Sorry but you can’t make things up that haven’t happened, that’s just ridiculous......

Fuller interview here

If he knew where we were going wrong, it would be easy!

He's a proper footballer. He calls it a changing room and not a dressing room. Dressing rooms are for luvvies.

GP needs to get his hands dirty on this.

I cannot think of very few managers who would give such a mild response. I think Dunk’s reaction was spot on.....

I think the officials view him as a soft touch at times.....

There’s nothing wrong with being respectful and decent, but sometimes you need to get in there......

i hope Dunk is having the same honest conversation with the players as well. He was only one who went for their corner goal, seemed to be the only one switched on e.g. freekick. Question I bet he is a better penalty taker and I would love to see him take ball forward as did earlier in his career.

Had we converted two spot-kicks then this would have died already.

We know how fickle football fans are.

And if my cheeseburger had been delivered hot, I wouldn't have needed the microwave.

We're not talking about the spot kicks are we. We're talking about a decision by the officials that incorrectly denied us an equaliser. The muffed pens stuffed up the chance of a win. The muffed decision on the goal contributed to the denial of a draw.

This fact seems to allude the anti-potter brigade who are desperate to pin it on him for some inexplicable reason.

Anti Potter !!!!!! No we just want our manager to show how much he loves the club and show some passion. He should of being going apeshit at Mason when he chalked off the goal

Ape shit at half time then at Full time then in the post match interviews

If the bloke just showed a bit of passion then he would not get so much shit on here like I said it that was Micky or Gus the shit would of hit the fan

WTF?

My remedy is accept we got nil points, whether it be from football basics or a plop referee, open a decent red and enjoy The Man in Room 301.
Better for the blood pressure, honestly.

Maupay completely switched off on their goal.

I remain happy with Gross. Today was unfortunate, but he is normally solid......

Dunk could be a good call though

Talksport just analysed it, they said it was an injustice.

They mentioned an antiquated custom in this country, where in a goal scoring scenario, the ref has to blow twice. Once for the award, once when it’s okay to take it. They said that after talking to Dunk, Mason initially forgot the second whistle, then blew late.

Mason also wrongly reacted to the forlorn goalie. It should not have formed part of his thinking.

Creating the chaos and injustice.

If only Lewis could play in defence, midfield and attack all at the same time ...

There’s a few need dropping mind. Trossard for example was abysmal today, especially in terms of desire, application and commitment - everything Lewis embodies... pathetic. Not that he’ll give a shit I suspect.

So you think had potter gone mental in the interview LEE Mason would have come out of his dressing room and awarded the goal as he heard an angry man on tv? Give over.

Oh just cram it up your arse. You are either deliberately missing the point by a country mile time and time again on this because you are on a wind-up, or you are so catastrophically THICK you are not even worth engaging with on any level. Either way, I have not the patience, and am certainly not in the mood.
