Does anyone know how much one of these would cost and how many people around that can use it(Min-Max per game).

I tried looking on the website but there does not seem to be any pricing information

I think the reason is all current executive boxes are owned / rented therefore not available as a package to sell but only if you are extremely lucky to be invited by the current owner

I went on a tour recently and was shown a box.

It held 10 and cost £25k a season. Apparently all the boxes were sold on 5 year basis, so a cool £125k

25k a season? Really!?! Good grief. Do i get a free pie?

Beach Hut i thought this may be the case but just wondered if it would ever be plausible as a cost sharing thing

So, on full capacity, it's what.. £109 PPPG ? Cup games thrown in..?

That include food/hostilty too ?

If it's a fixed price, then if prem footie came to the Amex anywhere within that term, it's £131 PPPG..

*Mrs looks over shoulder at musings, gives a shake of the head, and thoughts dis-appear..*

My sister-in-law won tickets for the southern water exec. box for the barnsley game and took my wife, they said the service, food and all round experience was amazing.

On my tour we were also told £25k a season with catering included. £18k a season without. I expect those prices are before VAT, but don't know for sure.

6 new boxes are in the offing also holding 10 people with the stadium expansion. Plus one box holding 20 people available for hire on a match by match basis for non-televised games.

Sorry, lazy to ask on here rather than ask the club but a few people at work have been pestering me about doing something corporate. Any idea what you can do for a one of event?

Reminds me of years ago at The Goldstone when Gull's Eye sponsored the game (v Blackpool on April 1st, if memory serves).

I forget the exact cost, but it included admission, prog and free bar before and after, with nibbles at half time.

Needless to say, around 6.30 that evening, all beer had gone, including the tins.

So we all went through the top shelf, until the sponsors' lounge had been drunk dry.

On the way out, I remember Ron Pavey saying to Harty, 'never again, but if you do do, it'll cost you lot 10 times what you paid today'.

He said it with his customary smile and a wink.

Before the stadium opened I had a meal in one of the boxes, very possibly the first meal served to anyone at the stadium. The whole setup - the room, the 'balcony' outside, the service and the food was very, very good.

As such, £25k for 10 people strikes me as a fantastic bargain.

QUOTE]

I did fluke an invite for one game.

You get.

Food. 3 course meal although its a bit wanky. Includes words such as tartin, jus and confit and NO CHIPS. There was mash though. And Cheese sticks and a veggie option for sandal wearers although they would have been refused entry (shoes only)

Booze (I think) is additional like a hotel mini bar which is invoiced back to whoever owns the box. Obviously cant drink during the game unless you dont want to watch it.

The box itself has a tellybox, free programmes with no queues for the bogs and some random totty to escort you up.

All in all Roy Keane summed it up perfectly.

We gave up having a box at Chelt Gold Cup when it got to £500 +vat. The day was great but the service and food wasn't up to it.Currently have a box at Gloucester rugby anit typically cost £100 pp depending on alcohol consumption.Mate has a box at Liverpool which is £20k not including drink.I did use his car park pass for the FAcup game tho.If you buy on a match to match basis at cricket and prem games you can go down for £200+ quite easily without going for the top seats.
