A Binned Bin

Looking on Stoke's Oatcake forum I noticed that they had a sub-forum called The Binned Bin, and this is described as
'If it's a poor or pointless post then it's likely to get binned. References to any dodgy transfer rumour sites also go in here. It's nothing personal... most of the time!'

Seems like a useful idea to me.

Used to have a thing called the B1N File when I worked in Brighton for all the crap ideas that people came up with. Was pretty full much of the time.
