I know there is a thread about Murray building bridges with his £50 REMF donation but I thought it was worth highlighting the fact that, thanks largely to Palace fans, I have managed to hit my £500 Brighton Marathon target already.

I am running it in a Palace kit with Murray on the back, hence the interest from the Palace faithful.

But still, it just goes to show the positives that can come out of a rivalry.

There was plenty of bad tomfoolery before and after our game but I think this goes to show not all of them are bad sorts.

Would be nice if a few Brighton fans repaid the favour and sponsored the Palace fan running in a Brighton kit...

Bloody do-gooders, spoiling a perfectly good rivalry.

S'pose that horrific prospect might just be worth a few pennies, though.

Can the Palace fan wear a shirt with 'Mullery' on the back?

I will see if I can get a BHAFC shirt done with Peter Ward Legend on the back.

Don't worry when we were walking around the pitch after the half time presentation applauding the CPFC fans a CPFC fan called me over and told me I was a C*NT very loudly several times.

That's not nice, might be worth mentioning the fact that the majority, like me and my two kids were applauding you, just a thought.

Don't worry, it was noticed there were more clapping than not.
