Not strictly speaking if you have skin in the game, I never sit in the armchair at home if I am watching the Albion, I tend to pace around the lounge, with my arms crossed or flailing around like an epileptic hillbilly, and I occasionally disappear into the kitchen if the opposition have a corner or are on the attack, and hope I don't hear cheering !
True, kids normally drink less beer, the lightweights.

I'm pretty sure Goldstone evening games were 7.30 with the odd one pushed back to 7.45. Only relying on my memory though!
7.30 was always the traditional ko time back before live TV. So much better for getting at least an hour in the pub or home if up early. That extra half an hour could see the night off nicely. To be honest I'd be happy with a 6 or 7 o'clock kick off.

come on, 15mins isn't a deal breaker for the kids. either you accept a late, well after 10pm bed time, or they dont go to evening games.
I am not on about children's bedtimes, but would a club prefer adults, paying full whack and beer etc or kids at half price and bag of sweets at the games ?
