I remember there poster/banner thing outside the ground had AIG on it even tho they said all sponsors would be removed from everything to do with it out of respect.

Are you trying to set a record of how many new threads I can do in a day? Plus Manure NEVER made any money from it last year, where do you get your facts from?!

What about that MASSIVE sign they put on the side of Old Trafford, fair play, good sign. Why did it get vandalised? Because it had a big f***ing AIG & NIKE sign in each corner. That's called making money, my friend.

..and the sponsor was removed shortly afterwards.

Just because the sponsors logo was on, doesn't neccessarily mean they made money - presumably they would be receiving lots of money from AIG/nike regardless.

Nevertheless, it was a small glitch to an otherwise (in my opinion) dignified commemoration.
