One small problem is that TV and radio are not exactly time aligned, with a lag of sometimes up to about 5 seconds, it makes watching and listening a weird experience.

does anyone know for definite if you can get the english commentary on s4c? i just had a look at the options and it seems you can get english subtitles for their programmes. so not sure if you get the option for english comm for footy

I appreciate what your saying, but it has to worth a try rather than try to listen to it in welsh (or not) or even sub titles (if available) I have done it a few times before and its been ok.

Yes just search through the listings...it comes up as the main channel 4 as i live in wales.....but we have to find the normal channel 4...so it should be on your sky listof channels somewhere.

I've just found the S4C live TV site, which is handy as I can't get the TV channel through normal avenues.

Currently watching a CRACKING Welsh language game show. Rownd 1 was great fun, now we're on to Rownd 2, and the only word I can understand is Cymru.

It is. If I'm doing something one room & listening to the match on the radio I have time to go to the next room and see the incident as it happens on TV - at least 5 seconds
