For anyone interested, I've created a photo album of my 48 hours in Amsterdam.
The album is a mixture of photos from both around the city and at the game.
Thousands of Brighton fans, with and without tickets, a brilliant performance by the team, and weather that was never going to dampen our spirits.
Yet more magical memories created.

This is the one we always wait patiently for. And it never disappoints.

These are super. I really like the ones of the light reflections in puddles and on the cobbles - constant rain has some benefits.

What happened to the two shots between Fati's pass and Adingra celebrating - were you jumping up and down too much to capture it?!

Many thanks for posting these - it makes us non-travellers get at least a flavour.

My little pocket camera missed the target, young Simon disappeared.

Trip to the stadium on the metro was interesting. The train was pretty full to start with , then it got more full. At the next station along 5 Dutch lads got on ,the doors close behind them and then they realise its mainly Brighton. A look of horror went through their faces and then one of them did the most sensible thing, he started smiling and talking in English about the game to the Brighton fan next him but was drowned out by Brighton singing. Then he started and his friends started singing who were joined by other Ajax fans and for the next 30 mins it went on in the best of terms between the two groups of fans with song and counter song.

I could not film it because it was so rammed I couldn't move my arms.

Thanks for sharing. A reminder that we were actually there and it all really happened. I’m still in surreal mode- the juxtaposition of watching a match and being in Amsterdam with all it represents I found quite inducing.
