Football league rules 10% or 2,000 spaces, should be a good day out

After many seasons of being housed at one end of the ground, away supporters are now located on one side of the Doug Ellis Stand, towards the North end, where up to 3,000 fans can be accommodated.

But because of the 10% rule hopefully we be given behind the goal in the North Stand, if Whingy posts on here maybe he can inform us.

I think you'll find that the FA Cup rules state 15%, not 10%. I believe that the capacity at Villa Park is just under 44,000 which by my reckoning gives us 6600 tickets.

It is up to our own club to predict how many of the 6600 are likely to be sold as they will have to pay for them up front before selling them to us. That is another FA Cup rule.
