Will we have the youngest ever team in the football league at some stage next year? Any idea of the odds US, worth a punt I reckon

More youth for the 1st team?

Oh and good luck and well done to'em as well:clap:

Well, least it's only four and not ten this year, you could see what was going to happen last year straight after that.

We have four professional keepers of which three have not played before.

Does this mean Kuipers will be number one and one of the kids as back up?

Or is Kuipers leaving and we sign another first choice keeper?

Or is Richard Martin to be released?

Can I bounce this thread in 5 years when James Martin is sold for a new UK transfer record? :sodslaw:

I think Ricky Martin has more chance of that doing La vida loca

Cobbs is probably the best left back at the club, maybe a centre back to. he is a giant for his young age, probably bigger than lynch was

Winterton is supposed to be amazing, but hasnt really had a look in with Flinders in the camp, as kuipers plays the reserve games and sullivan the youth

Gargan, scored loads of goals for the youth, but not really performed in the reserves, is really really skinny

Skinner played on the wings in some rereve games, but i think was at burgess hill and did well, again very very lightweight

I think cobbs is the only one that will see 1st team action next season, but then again if Mayo is about, that will stop his progress at left back

Probably not. Even if 10 of the players are in their teens, Tank will push the average age up into the 30's.

Yeah! When, after about a dozen games, they haven't turned out to be a cross between Pele and Maradonna I shall be behind the dugout giving 'em abuse with both barrels. After all I pay their wages so I'm entitled to.

Then when one of them cracks, gives us a wanker sign and swears at us I'll be pontificating on here quicker than you can say 'The Withdean crowd are a bunch of tossers!'

looks like richard martin will be on the way then - strange given the fact he was being linked with a premiership club not so long ago

If they are good, wouldn't we be stupid to release them?
