does anybody know of a good 4 person tent (2 adults 2 kids) ? - requirements are

£100ish
small communal (ie non-bedroom) area
must be easy enough to put up that a completely impractical imbecile can do it.

Many thanks,

NR.

Decathlon is one of the best for very well priced tents

they don't sell online and the nearest store to me is 100 miles away unfortunately

Can be a problem that unless you live in France where there is one in most towns.

Excellent shop as well as they cover all sports.

I think we bought one for around £120 a few years back that can sleep 6 from a catalogue. Ebay is worth a look as well as a few retailers sell them on there.

'tis a shame as i've seen one that I really like - a search on ebay returned nothing.

Very similar to the one we bought a few years back.

I think there is a Decathlon in North London if it helps

We have one your more than welcome to borrow? although you're in some strange land called somerset - may as well be the deepest darkest congo for all my local knowledge :)

PS we bought it at halfords and its a beaut! Has an annex and all - and you can stand up in it!

we got a Coleman tents form singersoutdoors.co.uk a couple of years ago, and got it cheap as it was end of season.
was a bit more than £100 (£165 rings a bell) but cracking tent, p*ss easy to put up and has survived some really crappy weather.
