302 all out 45.2 overs

Think we are going to need to bowl them out to win this one.

50 short at least and criminal not to bat out all your overs, this team has still got lots to learn.
Well you can't have it all. If you bat like mad to try and get 400, then you risk losing wickets and falling short. You can't have it both ways.

Incredible how a country like NZ with a tiny population compared to England is superior at Rugby and Cricket;.why is that?

When I was at school people played either football or rugby in the winter but in the summer every school child did athletics and played cricket.

That is true BG but we have rarely dominated in any of those until we got serious with funding for athletics and have done well there. The other 3............ Up and down and certainly nothing compared to New Zealand's quality in Rugby Union over the years although they have underachieved in World cups.
