Lose and there will be calls for DW's head and abuse from sections of the crowd. This club's supporters are not very good at being patient

Northampton started ok , win and a draw and had best away record in league last year I think. DW needs to gee us up and have us firing on Sat otherwise the boo's will come out for sure

Northampton are no mugs and brought down the best away support last season, so they will have 800 or so and I predict a Northampton win

If we don't get 3 points i bet the usual mugs on here will still be saying, " Well i didn't expect anything from this game anyway".

Barrel of Fun

Abort, retry, fail
People aren't JUDGING Wilkins on this season they are judging the INEPT idiot on nearly 50 games he has been manager.

But is that fair? This is his first chance at a full season, having been able to shape pre-season and run the show rather than being thrown in at the deep end.

Tottenham fans gave their team stick at their 1st home game of the season, so i wont rule out fans booing us on saturday if we lose - i wont be one of the boo boys

i think we will win comfortably in the sunshine at withdean, with Forster getting 2

No they wont. You'd expect to win all your home games at this early start until you get a good understanding of who is doing what, maybe after 20 games and Northampton are top of the league unbeaten you could look back and say "not such a suprise now". So people wont be on here making excuses, but you wont at the same time hear pumped up spotty little kids giving the team the backing they need if we did lose.

The team needs support, not people like you waiting with baited (bad) breathe ready to have a moan. Go and support Chelsea.

Some people set there expectations a little higher than a bottom 6 finish, and some just except whatever shit is served up to them. :censored:
