I once saw George O'Callaghan doing shots the night before a game in one of the shittest bars in Brighton. The bloke had NO interest in being at the club at all and absolutely slagged off Dick Knight when he left

he's got my vote

ridiculous

Was always a cult player in my friendship group when he was with us, stemming from being introduced when he signed at a Paint Pot game at home with around 2000 there, stating he had never seen so many fans at a game. Didn’t get a fair crack!

Vicente, Hawkins, Maybank, O Callaghan - this is the definitive group of death.

My vote, after much deliberation, is going to Gorgeous George.

Alan Duffy was my first flair Albion player
And this was way before flair was invented.

But there's only one winner in this contest. And everyone knows who it is.
Wouldn't it be great if he could come back for an on pitch introduction to the crowd this season.

Northern Hemisphere.
Vicente had obvious flair and I can see why many have voted for him. But still, even after all the caps for Spain and being the star man for the likes of Valencia, he didn't quite have that Jeff Minton touch and elegance will all payed our money to see. Jeff Minton was our Zidane of the Priestfeild years. Surely our forever flair champion?

Duffy is the obvious choice.

The only reason I can think of why he isn't miles ahead is that it was a ridiculously long time ago and it was a ridiculously short Albion career. But, trust those of us who were there - it was flair personified!

I voted for Vicente; even if the only thing he had ever done was that run and shot against Derby he would still of got the vote. But you are absolutely right about Jeff Minton, particularly that first, awful season at Priestfield, although I think the characteristic he demonstrated was sheer bloody-mindedness rather than flair. So vital to the Albion during the gory years and has never really received the recognition his contribution deserves in my opinion.

I have barley heard of him, but I'm going on your word. The words "avid womaniser" is also a winner

How is Vicente miles ahead?? He was absolute quality on the pitch, but that's not flair. Shambles
Flair -

1.

a special or instinctive aptitude or ability for doing something well.

2.

stylishness and originality.

Yep, Vicente qualifies under 1, for sure.

Yes yes, but where are the hookers, the bad haircut, the heavy drinking and slight reliance on Class A drugs? Nowhere that's where

I'm with you. The only off-field 'bonus' El Punal can claim, is the mental fragility. Missing huge chunks of seasons through phantom injuries, then publically falling out with the management and medical staff everywhere.

Schelotto, I'm unconvinced by, too. Tremendous on-field flair credentials, but would appear to be a quiet family man, who devotes 90% of his down-time to drinking coffee in the café in Hove Park.
