Your reply on that thread deals with Europa League but not CL. Guess that is early Sept once draw made. Presumably means those teams who play on Tues must play Sat (or rarely Fri) beforehand, those on Weds either Sat or Sun. Never had to follow this before...

Any whispers from those in the know when the Man City game is likely to be played? I know Sky won't announce until July but anybody have an inkling as I suspect the first weekend is probably sorted.

Already put Sunday on family calendar - it is a dead cert to be televised and very likely Sunday as most interesting opening game in PL.....and Sky like the Amex.

Yup, looking at the other fixtures I can see ours being the 4pm Sunday game.
