Would go for rice over noodles, more bulk. Spice up with a wee 50p bag of chillies. Or for variety, even Mr Shah does three-for-a-quid noodles with a variety of approximate flavours. So shopping around should get you four for a quid or maybe even five. Tough old food challenge tho eh?
Don't expect a great variety or the mot balanced diet for the week
