Yeah, I've gone for that. Tipped in the Mirror as his nap for today by Anthony Bromley, head of the Highflyer Bloodstock Agency - who have bought the winners of 22 winners at Cheltenham over the past five years, including Kauto Star.

Only word of warning on Rippling Ring is that he beat (albeit impressively) a Ferdy Murphy horse who was odds on in his only race. Ferdy horse turned out to be injured afterwards so form is not as good as it looks.

My handy Cheltenham Betting Guide tells me that 11 of the last 12 winners had won their previous, which rules out 16 of the 23. Also tells me to go for 5 or 6 year-olds (30 of last 33) except for French-bred juveniles. That cuts out Captain Cee Bee.

Two or fewer runs over hurdles is also a good sign, so put a line through Muirhead, Pasco and Pigeon Island.

That leaves three: Sentry Duty, Rippling Ring and Binocular. After that, it's up to you.....

Was out on the track a little while ago btw, and would say that it might ride a fraction slower than the official (which is good, good-to-soft in places). Has stood up really well though given what came through on Sunday night.

So... there we have it... Uncle Spielberg tips Pigeon Island as 'nailed on', while moggy, Mtoto & THPP all have a good feeling about Rippling ring, tho Ernest doesn't.

Which will YOU choose? ???

Just a tip if you are betting each for the 16:00 race, Boylesports pay out 1/4 odds for the top 4 rather than most sites which are 1/4 odds for top 3. They also pay out at the higher odds if you take an early price which is lower than the Starting Price.

I believe so :( Thought RR was going to come good but looked tired coming into the last couple of furlongs.
