1st team coaching staff

I know the buck stops with Mcghee but B.Booker & D.White need to look hard at themselves along with the other coaching staff. Some of the set plays this season have been truely woeful the fitness of some so called professionals has been a disgrace . Time for a backroom staff clearout, Dean Wilkins success this season must be rewarded before MM & his sidekicks ruin his hard work next season. Change it now Knight.

I understand your feelings as in all departments we have seen no real progression this season which is a real shame. However i think like MM both BB and DW should although be accountable for what has happened be given the chance at league 1 level to sort things out, after all they are just as responsable for getting us up to the Championship.

However i do believe if MM is sacked, so should BB and DW.

BB has stayed b4 as it has been the manager that has walked and he has been loyal to the fact he has had other offers and stayed here.

But if we look to bring in a new manager he should be able to bring in his own staff

How would you repay Dean Wilkins fantastic achievements this season, with more ruination of his youth squad playing players out of postion, dreadful set piece routines, clueless tactical awareness & so on.......

My fear is if Wilkins takes over it fucks up out terrific youth system..... a system that at the moment is keeping the club afloat

Dean for a 1st team coaching role and maybe 2nd in command with a new boss, who i don't know but must be sorted quickly

I have heard from Deans brother that Dean is a bit pissed off at his lack of promotion at the club and there is a possibility he may be snapped up by another club in the summer.
Ray did say that Dean would love the managers job at the club and i think he would be great.

To be fair, until MM goes..what kind of promotion could he hope for ?

Maybe get rid of Booker and White, promote Wilkins as MM's assistant. Promote Bragg to Wilkins role and see if Guy is interested in taking up Bragg's role as player/coach of the youth. By the way thats player in the first team coach of the youth.

I'm surprised so many of you know so much about what Dean White does at the club.

I'm afraid the buck stops with McGhee. End of. To blame the reserve team manager for the first teams failings is absurd. The reserve team manager will be told who to pick, what formation to play and what tactics to use. All by MM. Also Dean will have no say on who comes to the club, apart from in recommendations to MM. All he will get is leftovers from the 1st team and youth team players.

Adams and Coppell both seemed to think enough of him.

Course he is pissed off but no -ones listening its only a matter of time till he gets snapped up by some-one else along with 1 or 2 youth teamers. Big bro' Ray has alot of contacts in the game.Come on Knight sort it before its too late.
