Interesting how few times we were on Live UK TV compared with those 'big' clubs around us (+ Chelsea/Everton) which influences the total payment we received.
The Facility Fee element, derived from how many home league games are selected for live TV, indicates that we were not as big a draw as we thought, even with De Zerbi ball to wow the viewing public.

The new Broadcast deal has been sorted recently, from next season only Sky and TNT will show matches, plus BBC will show highlights.
The cost per match is going to be around £6M, a little under for Sky, a little over for TNT, this is less per match than the current deal, but there will be quite a lot more televised games. Currently 52% of all games are televised in the UK, 200 matches, this is going up to 270 matches, or 70% of games.
Man City, Arsenal and Liverpool had about 75% of their games televised last season. When the broadcasters get an extra 70 matches, will they show much more of the rest of the league, or will those 3 be on telly every week?

Interesting to see the difference in actual games televised - we were described as the 'media darlings' but on a lot less than a lot of teams....
