Good morning all,

Last night was tough to watch but hats off to Everton... They did what they needed to do very well.

Looking through the remaining fixtures for those around us and i started to wonder if 3 more points might be enough to see us over the line. Brentford are unlikely to win their last 3 games and Villa if we were to assume a win, a draw and a loss would lose out to us on goal difference. This of course forgetting Spurs too.

Tough run in for sure but imho 1 win gets this done.

Lets see... i genuinely believe 58 points will be enough
If we are 3 points above Villa when we play them, and still have a superior goal difference, then it should be enough. So Villa must have 56 or more points compared to our 58.
However it could also be completely different, we might breakaway from them or they might be above us by the 28th May - it is just so unpredictable.

Brighton
And if your wheels fall off and Fulham's stay on (Saints away, Palace at home, ManU away) we could finish above you. Unlikely but possible.

Hi guys - first post - Celtic fan in peace. Noticed Reo Hatate left Tynecastle with his missus on Sunday before the team bus left and missing our title celebration. Other fans suggested a deal has already been done and he was headed down for your game and to look around? Did anyone see him?

Hello. To be fair, there are a lot of Japanese people milling around the stadium on a matchday, so it would have been very easy for him to go unnoticed.

We should be aiming for 5/6th not conference league and 7th.

Game by game.... this weekend is massive with Villa playing Spurs and us away to Arse. The picture could look good or pretty awful come Sunday evening
Any of the results in the Villa Spurs game you could argue for (or against). A Villa win may be the most likely to get us the Conference League thing. A Spurs win may be the most likely to get us Europa League. A draw gives our rivals 2 points instead of 3.

I completely agree... we should be aiming for 5th/6th. 7th after the season we have had would be disappointing. Id take it though if it meant our first venture in to European football

Welcome firstly. No reports anywhere on here of him being there. But maybe it was being kept quiet. We shall see.

The most curious thing..
If we can't beat Forest or Everton we shouldn't be allowed anywhere near Europe.
