I predicted a 2 - 1 win to us - but I'm concerned - I'm hoping that since they sat the weekend out they won't have lost any momentum that they were building on...

If you ask the QPR fans they'll take a draw tonight given they will struggle to even have enough to fill the subs bench. Of course I'd love us to trounce them, but at the same time was looking forward to seeing if we really had what it takes against a full strength top team in our division.

In order to progress a good team would make sure that they take avantage of weakened sides.

Precisely why we should trounce them if they are severely understrength. You think we'll do that?

Nope, but my understanding is that it is mostly the fringe players who are injured, and only actually a couple of the first teamers. So they aren't severely understrength.

No Ainsworth, no Gallen. Hardley fringe, though they will have first starts in their place for Martin Rowlands and maybe more dangerously Eric Sabin - he's got something to prove. I do agree would be a mistake to underestimate all the same.

Gallen isn't a worry for them. He isn't first team anymore. Ainsworth is a loss and they've sold Langley. It'll be a tough game.

Does anyone know if Danny Shittu will be playing?

Don't think he's injured, don't know what you fed him at Charlton, buit he's an almighty defender and more worringly for us not afraid to score either.

Far too early in the season to give a good prediction, but from what I saw of Knight last Saturday he looks a very good replacement for Bobby, I thought that we looked very solid. We have a great chance to win this one.

They're trying to sign Kevin McLeod from Everton but it won't be in time for tonight.

Eric Sabin, didn't he play against us for Swindon a couple of years ago? If it's the same guy, he looked very ordinary on the day, you remember the game, Cullip hits Pethick round the ear and then misses the sitter of the season that would have given us all three points :D

Gallen IS 1st team, and was in great form last season and so far this, according to my QPR mate.

His injury is a BIG loss to them.
