Thoughts? Personally I hope we can see March and Knockeart on the wings.

I've also gone for Norwood ahead of Sidwell as I thought he impressed when coming on Saturday.

No doubt some will opt for Pocognoli ahead of Bong, but Bong looked better with March in front of him IMO.

--------------------------- Stockdale --------------------------
Bruno ------------ Duffy ---------- Dunk ------------ Bong
Knockeart ------ Stephens --- Norwood --------- March
------------------- Baldock ----------- Murray ---------------

Can't have too many arguments with that. Doubt Murphy will be available from the start and Skalak has been ineffective in the last few games so think it's worth starting March.

I personally think Pocognoli is a superior player to Bong. But we have 3 league games in 6 days so I'm sure both will get a start in this run of fixtures.

The same except start with Murphy if fit for March and use Solly as at Birmingham.

This would be my starting eleven too. Although Pocognoli may well get the nod over Bong for the Cardiff game a few days later.

Either way with games beginning to come thick and fast, I fancy a few of our fringe palyers will get their chance over the next few weeks.

I have faith in whoever CH plays.

My biggest concern is 3 games in 7 days. Just hope we come through it unscathed.

Skalak has been bang average this season so far and was poor on Saturday. March was a breath of fresh air and if CH thinks he can go 90 mins then he needs to start on the 27th.

Has set up more goals this season than anyone else at the club. He was PHENOMENAL against Norwich.

He has however been below par in the past few games.

Why would we change formation and drop Baldock?

Sometimes I have a sneaky feeling that people on know f*ck all about football.

I was thinking the same on the formation. We've pretty much played that formation for a season and a half virtually every game. Now isn't the time to tinker. Luckily Hughton knows what he's doing and won't change formation to show-horn in anyone.

We should focus our play down the right wing with that line up and formation.

Ha ha..... it would seem spaces got obliterated in my formatting.

QPR is a game we should win handsomely so the above is a more attacking team than the 4 4 2 we normally play.

IMO Sam B does not score enough and based on Saturdays game Solly has to play. So you could do a 1:1 swap with Skalak but the latter does a lot of defensive work which will be missed so went for 3 central midfielders with Norwood (who also did well) in front of the other two because he is better going forward than defending.

The original post was a start of a discussion thread and I have put my opinion into the discussion.

TOTALLY respect what CH delivers and his team selection so if he goes 4 4 2 then that don't have a problem with that. We will have to think about changing the format though even though that might be a 'plan b ' to accommodate difefrent scenarios.
