Will be heading off down to Crawley after lunch. I won't be leafleting as I'm principly going to see a mate of mine, but I will be in colours and will happily spread the word about Falmer to anyone who cares to listen.
Just done a leaflet drop with a letter to Blackpool - now off to The National Football Museum, then Turf Moor Burnley. Good luck to all - and in the words of a lad in current boover "Keep the Faith!"
Just printed off a sheet of the Falmer business cards that have the URL's to the petition and Clubs In Crisis, so I'm now armed for my trip to Broadfield Stadium.
Oh well, at least it wasn't wet, and the cold was nowhere near as penetrating as Tuesday night at Withdean!
Not even a cursory mention for National Falmer Day in the programme, and therefore no announcements either. Why ask someone to write a piece and then not print it? And then to rub salt into the wound, the club shop wouldn't allow me to leave leaflets there without the permission of the club secretary, and it would be almost impossible to contact her on a match evening!
The programme seller in the door of the club shop took a few hundred off me though and put them inside every programme he sold. Top bloke, as were all the Swansea fans who spoke to Bob and myself and took leaflets into the home end.
That brings me onto the Doncaster fans. Bob Gilbert is an absolute star and deserves a free ticket to the game when Donny come to Withdean next year! He shifted an incredible amount of leaflets to the Donny fans who treated me really well too. I was amazed at the numbers who were at Swansea for a Friday evening game and they really should have won the game. At least the 1-1 draw keeps them 6 points clear at the top and as good as ends any chance of Swansea reaching the play-offs.

No photos, but I was too pissed off to get my camera out!
