When you renew your season ticket online do you get an email confirmation?

I tried earlier tonight and after paying got an error message, and NO confirmation email. I'm guessing it didn't work for some reason?

I had a problem too and from your description it sounds like it may have been the same one. I tried a second time and it worked. I used a different browser the second time which may or may not have helped. Hopefully I have only been charged once...

And yes I did get an email the second time.

Hmmm, just gone back on and it's now not showing the season tickets that I was going to renew so I assume it must have gone through the first time?

The first time I did it it said it failed because of an "unspecified error".
So I tried again, without doing anything notably different and it worked fine, including confirmation email.

I would give the ticket office a ring to double check.

When I renewed mine online it tried to charge me £50 extra (£475 not £425). So it is worth double checking before you enter your card details.
