I did notice that actually and was wondering, why is it that when I'm not logged in I get GMT+1 but when I log in I get normal times?

You can set your timezone and DST settings in the User CP.

What I don't get is why that comment was repeated. It wasn't particularly clever or original, and it was actually in response to someone praising the groundsmen.
