Gillingham at Home - Glow Stick night

Have the club looked into the possibility of holding a glow stick night at an evening game. They are cheap when bought in bulk and with a thousand of these being waved it would certainly add to the atmosphere. Even just selling them at the turnstile for 20p would do the job and probably make a profit.

So why not for Gillingham, or perhaps the Friday night game near Christmas?

Not sure if any other club has done this so why not be the first.

An update from Ian Green, our merchandise manager:

We actually tried this at an evening game in December 2007. We gave away 1,000 glowsticks in the family stand. However, because of the brightness of the floodlights the sticks could not be seen in the stands.
