I always said Adams should have until Christmas, but out of all honesty I thought he would not turn it around, and if the results continue in this vein, I offer my appologies to Adams and the Coaching staff.

Although i have not slated him personally i would like to say well done and it was great to hear him admit "maybe the players i had prefer to play football rather than hoofing it". maybe he had been reading NSC!!

Big man for holding his hands up to it though.

However i will not move on my stance that Wilkins was treated badly and could still have taken us forward as he was already doing.

I just hope we can keep some of the loans.

Well done Mickey:clap::clap:

Its a good job the board don't work on knee jerk reactions like some people call for then isn't it. I'd be well p*ssed off if we lost Adams this seaon, regardless of where we finish.....you see I can see the bigger picture!

I am only preparing my humble pie. 135 mins of great football in a couple of months is just a start and the shite served up before cannot just be brushed aside, let's see if we can keep it up before suggesting all is hunky dory again (although I hope it is) :p

I hope you didn't eat it, Icy.

25 days later and we haven't won since (except in the paint pot) and Micky Adams is looking as clueless and shit as ever.

You must think you are really clever. Well done. I only hope everyone bounces your threads every time you say something that is proved to be wrong.

I don't understand how people can be so smug that we are struggling.

I was just thinking what a tiresome bore you are and a quick search on your user name proves the point. Every other one of your posts is you having a pop at somebody on this board.

But NO, I'm not really very happy because I remember this post first appearing after TWO decent results against a backdrop of utter shite as if this somehow proved that the Adams lickers were right all along.

QUOTE]

It's gone mouldy and I've thrown it away.

I hope to be able to whip up another one before the end of the year as I feel the two upcoming games are just the sort of games Albion can win.

what?!?!?!?! that would disrupt the space-time equalibrium. It would create a paradox so huge that it would engulf the world and consiquently the universe would be split in two.

Of course we will (no this isn't sarcasm). Football is a funny old game, and the ones we should be winning comfortably (walsall with 9 men, home to a team that hasn't taken a point away from home all season, etc) are the ones we struggle with, and the ones where we think we're going to get our backsides tanned because we're on poor form and facing big opponents (Leicester, Man City, etc.) are the ones we win.

Two top teams on a good run against us while we continue to struggle means we're going to win them both. Comfortably.

Then we will get more "told you so" posts from those that support Adams, then we'll face another struggling team who haven't scored in 6 games and we'll get turned over and the adams out brigade will start up...

Nobody here can be smug unless they don't support the Albion, and are set against.

However, supporting the team you pay to see, does not necessarily require that you approve of every player, manager, chairman, board member, or even steward!
