As others have said, you should be fine, if you're lucky with the trains, you might even have time for a concourse pint as you could make it by 12.00 if the train Gods are with you!

Bloody hell - that's the sort of luck that lottery winners have!

Spelling peace incorrectly should really endear him to NSC. Its what most on here do best.

Who said i lived in Middlesbrough ( thats Middlesbrough spelt correctly for the grammer police).

Good feeling in my water - 2-0 to the Albion. Still, at least you don't have far to go back after the defeat, eh? After all, you don't live in Middlesbrough. London, is it?

 :lolol:

I went to Middlesbrough on an A Level Geography field trip once. So I know how to spell it. I think we might have been the only tourists in the whole town :)

(Some stunning places immediately outside it, of course, but I'm sure even you'd admit the town itself has a charm that perhaps appeals only to locals...)

After the 'how much is a house in Burnley thread' just saw this in Middlesbrough. and there are loads available for under £40K.

Come on, let's not be snobby Southern tossers here.

Good luck to them. I wouldn't mind being able to buy a house for £40k.

Edit: for £50k you can have this one (optimistically described as a "townhouse", as opposed to a bog standard Victorian terrace), and it comes with a lovely sauna in the bedroom

I had that very same fire place in my first house.

Was there when I moved in though...

Yeah good luck to them. 1 Bedroom shoebox flat just sold down the end of my road for £115,000 what a con, however this is cheap for the Londoners. I can't believe in Peacehaven we have properties now hitting the 500,000 mark.
The property we sold in Luton went for £160,000 the same type of property here would cost you £250,000

Would need to add on significant cost for a good Anti-Bac wipe down...

I found myself wondering exactly how many of the good folk in the market for a small Victorian two-up-two-down in Middlesbrough had "sauna" on their list of Must Haves.
